Title: Triad Magnetics 18v power supply - mouser
Post by: FuzzTony on July 17, 2017, 05:50:39 PM
Anyone have experience with one of these?

Seems like a decent deal.  Anything to be wary of?

I use Triad psu's frequently. Never had a problem with them. I include a Triad 24v psu with a bass preamp pedal I sell.

It's a switching power supply so they can be noisy.  I have used them with great results but I've used a voltage regulator and lots of filtering capacitors.

Can you elaborate on that a bit?  Would it be possible to build a small box to "filter" the power from a unit like this, and then daisy chain to multiple 18v pedals?
