Title: Okko Dominator switch

Is it a SPDT on-off-on or SPDT on-on-on thats used in this, here is a schematic i found and also the dominatrix to compare

After reading the thread at FST, I see an on/off/on SPDT...
Also, you can use a 1M pot for a full range selection.

If anyone reads this:
I have a question regarding schematics. If the switch is on-off-on and in the middle position no circuit is closed why does the schematic show ground?
