The Projects page has had a bit of a design update. Mostly driven by the fact that the entire file structure behind it was a mess. Also, the Archives now has a dedicated page linked from the Projects Page.
http://www.madbeanpedals.com/projects/archives/index.html
Changes to the Projects Page: all the project docs and associated drill templates (.psd files) can be downloaded together in a zip. Also, schematics for every project can be viewed directly from the Projects Page.
All feedback welcomed for any other changes you want to see.
.....just one more dist/od....

Good idea, surprising how many times a quick glance at just the schematic is needed.

It's the first thing I look at myself for anyone's project. Long overdue here.
Should I have another button to view just the pdf docs, too? Is that convenient instead of having to d/l the zip with the doc and drill file, then unzip before you even see the doc?

If that's an option then that would be great. Just a personal thing, but I'd much rather click to open a pdf than download a zip file.

This I prefer..

That would be great. I've browsed the PDFs a lot, it's about 10 more clicks to dig it out of the ZIP.

I second that emotion
I agree on the pdf link too. That way viewing on mobile is still possible.
I agree with all this, I can't open the zips on mobile at all. Having PDFs would be super nice.
I love having the schematics linked though. (I should stop whining cause that's all I really need)
I'll get the PDF links up tomorrow. Also, I think I'll put a zip archive of all current schematics, including the discontinued and Etchers Paradise. That would be a great reference library for folks to have. There are a couple hundred I think.
I really like the new projects page layout, the ability to view the PDF schematic before considering a project is most welcome.
Thanks!

Really? After installing 7zip and acrobat, Firefox seems up for the task on my computer. If I click a zip on the projects it downloads/unzips to the memory, open it in Acrobat directly from there. But a short cut can't hurt I guess ;)
Liking the updated look. I do think that the joke with your homepage has gone on for long enough now though :P
Awesome work, thanks Brian
YOWSAH! The new FV1 projects sound amazing... well done man 8)

This would be awesome to have in one download!
Little note, the links to the VFE Tilt, Pinball, and Dragon pedals now go to a "this page no longer exists" splash.

You might need to refresh the Projects page (shift plus reload.) Links are working.
Whoops. Never mind. I see what you are talking about. I'll fix that. Thanks.
Also found a small mistake: the headtrip "schem" button links to an image of the pcb.
Overall, you stayed true to the mbp design, but made it more organized and easier to follow. I like it!
I also prefer the direct link to the build doc.
Thanks. Fixed.
The page has been updated with the tweaked design. None of the pdf links work yet since that will take me a couple more hours to do. But, the layout is done.
Sweet update! Looks great and easier access to most commonly needed files. Nice work!
Looks great! Thanks for including the level labels again!
looks even better now. great work Brian
All the pdf links are now active and the complete schematics library zip download is available on the Projects Page.
