Title: FV-1 EEPROM question -- will a 3 program chip work in an 8 program effect?
Post by: zgrav on February 19, 2019, 04:57:14 PM
Will the eeprom programmed for the 3 effect Headtrip work in the Dreamtime effect, since the Dreamtime effect can hold programming for 8 effects?  I know I can just try it and see, but I thought I would ask first since other builders may already know the answer.

The Dreamtime only has access to one program patch on the EEPROM which is when S0-S2 are all grounded on the FV-1. I think that's the Starfield patch on the Headtrip. It should work if you plug it into the Dreamtime.
