ok had a look through, trim pots look at the right positions, couldn't see the feedback trim at the top of the board, anyway that should be set around 11 o clock. 1 bit that looks suspicious on the back on your voltage reg IC, everything else looks ok.



Have you used bipolar caps by mistake--at C21, 6, 28, 15,  they look like them from the pictures

mmm try reflow the solder, i suspect a bridge somewhere. i have built this many times for people, let me know how you get on also post some clear images front an back of pcb

I've just received some China Blues today and I tell you now they are the quietest China ones ive had, maybe they are improving?

cool, respect for any vero build as they can be troublesome at times! the IC muff is a favourite of mine and I was thinking of doing a run of PCB's but to cater for the LM741 metal-can chip if anyone is interested.
