I have the same problem with the quality of the Chinese version of the skirtless MXR knobs. When ordered, well over half would be would I consider Blems. Many stores are selling the same version.

Smallbear version cost more but is better quality. I got some samples from OEP once and they were good quality but the cost worked out the same as Smallbear.

Banzai used to do good quality versions of those knobs but last time I ordered from them they appeared have changed supplier as the quality was not as good. (Still charged the same higher price though...)

Have not tried the UV printing yet but I did try the drilling/powdercoating service recently and the results were really good. Accurate drilling and smooth finish.

UV option is still visible for me when I visit the site.

Change R6 to 100R and C3 to 22uf.

I also liked the Solo movie. So did my girlfriend. 

The 10K resistor leading to the 10K volume pot forms a voltage divider. You could jumper the 10k resistor and change the pot to a 20K for increased volume with the same response.

125b with top mount jacks is great. 

Yeah, the legs are super thin!

GT309 were the tiny ones.
