Im building a fuzz dog Ampegulator and Im not getting any sound and the 7660s chip is getting really hot. It's giving me a loud hum. I have tried several 7660s chips. I have changed out the charge pump electrolytics and diodes.

I have a phaser (Mutron Phasor II) clone that is ticking in bypass mode. The ticking is to the rate of the lfo. I've tried different opamps (TL082, TL062 and TL022) and I've made the in and out leads as short as possible. Please help

I'm having trouble getting my Current Lover circuit to work. I haven't even gotten to calibrate it yet. After connecting to amp and guitar I'm not getting any sound (maybe a tiny bit) but LED 2 is on. I jumpered the loop tip pads and put a 47k in R1

1. Can I use a 220uF in place of the 250uF?
2. Which diodes can be used instead of the BAT85?

My kraken is not working. No subbed parts. I get signal when turned on. I get the eq change when I flip the hi/lo switch. I don't get any envelope opening and closing and the pots don't do anything when I turn them. I tried 3 1458 chips, 2 4558 chips, and even a 5532. They all do the same thing. help please. I am a newbie. Thanks
