I finished a Tapanator with just the Tremolo and Phaser (Pretty awesome!), along with a tap tempo cave dweller, but I'm getting distortion/overdrive when I use the tremolo.

I set the tremolo to unity, so it's definitely not because it's driving my amp. (I set my amp clean to take pedals and let the pedals do the work haha)

Anybody else have the same issues?

(1) Project Name
-Mad Bean Pork Barrel

(2) General description of the problem
-No Signal when engaged. Bypass Signal is good. I get a loud thud when I engage the 3pdt switch and get some microphonic thuds if I move the pcb around.

(3) Steps that you have taken to try to resolve the issue
-I've checked all my wiring
-I've re-soldered all joints to rule out cold joints
-I've tested several ICs for the TL062 and 4558
-I've bought my MN3007 and MN3101 from a known source, as I've purchased from them before for my first Pork Barrel build, which worked perfectly first try!
-I've double checked my resistor and capacitor values.

(4) List any substitutions you used for parts/values
-Instead of using the onboard LED grounds, I wired the + LED to the PCB and the - LED leg to the stomp switch, which would explain the thud when I engaged the 3PDT. That does not explain the no signal being passed. I did this only for LED2. LED1 I've omitted completely.
-I thought the pcb relies on the LED's being installed correctly, but according to the schematic, the LED's can technically be removed and the circuit should still work.

Not sure what other options I have and not sure why this time around it didn't work. I've built many many pedals, mostly from Veroboard, which, IMHO is harder than a manufactured PCB.

Any help is greatly appreciated! Any help!
