So I just populated this Kingslayer, it's the second time I've built this and the first one sounded AMAZING. This one has zero sound. My voltages are all way off and I can't find the problem! Any ideas???

I have my moodring all put together and I have tested it wired non- true bypass and true bypass and it has really low output both when engaged and bypassed in the non true bypass mode. It's like not all the guitar signal is getting through. The verb controls all seem to work. I've been re-flowing all the connections to no avail. My IC readings are all within .2v of where they should be EXCEPT I'm getting .002v on leg 2 of IC2 and 2.25v on leg 5 of IC4. Also, the status led wired to the pcb isn't lighting (I checked the LED and it's good).

I have buddy who had the switch crap out on his TC Electronics HoF pedal. He tried to replace it himself but he burned/lifted all the solder pads for the switch lugs. I tried to visually trace where the go to attempt to jumper the lugs to their first destination but I can't make heads or tails of where they are going. For the most part they don't seem to go anywhere. First, would jumping them even work? And if so, does anyone know how to do it or can you point me in the direction of a resource? Thanks!

I built a couple morning glories from etched boards. Beautiful overdrive, one of my favorites. They work great but they seem to pick up noise from the enclosure, like if you tap on the box you can hear it. It's not a big deal as I don't really tap my pedals while I play but I was just curious if anyone else had run into this with this circuit or any other.

So I built two of these and wow, amazing pedal. Mine has been working great but the one I built for a friend worked great for months and then all of a sudden it has this awful high pitch whine when engaged. I checked it out and noticed the ic's are getting super hot, almost too hot to touch. Any thoughts on that, has anyone seen that before? 

I'd like to experiment with powering some of my builds with 18v's. What are some guidelines to know which ones can handle it and which can't? I know that I need to check my caps...What are typical green poly caps rated for? Some that I'm wondering about at the moment are my egodriver, thunderpuss, kingslayer, egghead, boneyard, sabertooth, la veche...
I know that not all pedals (maybe even most) don't really benefit from higher voltage. Part of it is I'd like to experiment and part of it is I'd like to be able to use the 18v outputs on my power supply when I've run out of 9v outputs.

So my boneyard sounds great! Except one thing. There's no difference between the normal channel and the high gain channel. And the high gain knob affects the gain level while in crunch mode. The two gain knobs are quite interactive while I don't believe they should be. In the crunch mode, if I turn the high gain knob all the way down it'll cut the signal completely. If you read across the top of the board, left to right, the wholes go- crunch 3-2-1 and then high gain switch 3-2-1. When the switch is off should I have continuity between switch lugs 2 and 1? Because I do, however I get the same for the boost switch and that functions normally. Any thoughts on what else to check?

This is my first experience with ge tannies. My zombii works and gets some good gain if it's set just right but the sustain doesn't seem to be there and I can't get any kind of oscillation out of it. I used a 68hfe for q2 and a 113 for q3. I have no idea where to start tweaking, was hoping someone could point me in the right direction...
