Dude! Looks great!  My rub-a-dub also had the clear pot w/UV so I approve. Did mine on a vero layout I made, but yours is def smaller. Do you have a perf layout?

Built one for a buddy. It's got similar issues. And my compressor (Keeley and clean blend) does, but I think it's got other issues. Waiting for Christmas break to work on that and some others

Hey guys. Just wanted to say thanks for the tips. I went through and cleaned up the board as best I could and reflowed some stuff. She fired right up!

Didn't check voltages. Boxed and rebiased it with the road rage and buddy's very relieved to finally get his flanger he's been hassling me about forever.

It does feel a little more alive than my 9v build, but not enough to perform surgery to change it over! I love a good challenge, but this will probably be my last flanger build! Ha!  Happy Thanksgiving

I planned on getting it working, then adding the road rage to bump up the power to 15v.  Is this an even worse mistake?

Also noticed LM311P is not LM311N. Does this matter? I used the same tayda ICs I did on my first one.

Last thing. I tried probing it, but not sure where to go really. Any good Samaritan have a diagram of how the audio flows through the CL schematic?

Hey all.  Well after getting my v3205 build done fixed after replacing a busted BBD, my buddy wanted one too. So we opted for the MN3007 version. Well now I've got worse problems than my first build.

Signal passes through with input and output connected to testing rig, but No audio through testing rig with ground connected – Just some hum.

Double-checked all resistors, diode with meter, caps, trannies, chips, visually.

Measured voltages @ ICs, and there's something really fishy going on.  I know getting help with CL builds is probably like getting asked for change at the gas station, but any assistance would be incredible!

OneSpot power supply @ 9.40v   I highlighted the ones I thought looked within normal range. (in attachment)

I love these! Especially the mini mkii and 3-channel delay! Awesomely done!  Could you (or anyone) direct me in how to go about doing the 3-channel? I need to redo my deep blue delay anyway!

So I built two of these for some buddies, but one is acting funny. Sounds perfect, but the volume sweeps from zero to full (equal output as other pedal on max volume) at about 1/4 up and then stays that volume the whole way up.  Is this probably just a bad pot?

Thanks everybody

Dewd! Yes!!! I just put this circuit together this weekend along with a few other fuzzes and I am blown away! I'm glad you said this because I'm planning on putting it after my green bean on my board.

Love that artwork! Still not sure what I'm doing for mine, but gotta keep it Egyptian. What are the 5th and 6th knobs!?

Dang! I used really obscure values and came up with exactly 150k I think. I may have to crack it open and look for future reference. Hmmm...

Sick build! I built mine from this layout a few months ago and love it. Squeezed a clean blend in mine as well. Love it!

Congrats, man! I've wanted a bassman for forever. And I've been seriously considering buying a metal zone to put a klon circuit or something equally confusing in, lately

I always wondered if this were possible!? Leave it to Jimmy! Incredible work, sir!

I'd be down for one or two PCBs!

Dude!! This looks nasty in the best way possible! Like a secret weapon left over from the cold war.

I built a screwdriver deluxe on vero and I must agree it's ridiculously versatile! So much so that I have a hard time figuring out exactly where to use it properly or to its best.

Lmao. Best thread ever
