Seems like a disproportionate representation of grad degree holders on this forum. I like it.

Thanks for sharing this. I finally got through it all last night. I canít believe how many boards youíve built up. Although I think you convinved me, now, to knock out all my backlog in parallel instead of series. That way Iíll actually get through them (I hope). First populate all PCBs, then giant pot order and populate all those, and finally only box at the end. That way Iíll end up with less half finished things and Iíll be less tempted to buy more before I finish what I have to build now.

Any extra boards?

I hadn't thought of selling any, but I guess I could as there are a few extras. I have the footswitch boards, ribbon cable, and SMT parts as well. I could do a package of all that, I suppose. Send me a PM.

Email sent. Accidentally clicked the wrong link and didnít realize it until after it fired off.

Any extra boards? The temple of giants was a shockingly awesome one knob fuzz. Iíd love to pick up a couple of the tweaked update if you have them available.

Hobby is not dead for me. Just dormant. I took a job in Portland and had to pack up, sell my home in Austin and move here. Iíve been here since early March. Still living in a temporary 400sf apartment with my fiancť and 3 dogs. Still have all my things in storage. Still looking for a house thatís affordable, located in N Portland and isnít a delapidated mess. Itís a slow process.

Glad to see that there is some cool stuff in the works. Iím hoping to get back to my simple hack work soon  8) although Iím not sure I should post photos anymore. People have really upped their game and Iím still using plain boxes with no designs. Iím living in the past but I just canít bring myself to figure out how to etch or do some other finishing method. Itís just so much work!

Personally I canít stand reading his thoughts. He comes off incredibly condescending. He did nice work though.

Cool project. Would also be down for a PCB if you make them available in the future. Thanks for sharing!

I can't imagine trying to build one of those in a 1590a... crazy work there.  Very nice.

Really nice work outside and in.  Really like the graphics w/ the plain box and clear knobs.

I can't get a PCB through as a letter either.  The USPS folks literally feel around and try to bend the thing if you hand them an envelope to be sure it's just paper.  Then when they find something rigid (the PCB) they ring it up as a package.  I actually just got a piece of mail that I have to pay "postage due" which I suspect is because of this.  It's crazy how specific they are about some of these rules.  I feel like if you meet the size and weight requirements, it should just end there.

I would totally get one if I had the spare money. It's kind of crazy how ehx has essentially created a series of pedals where I'm pretty sure the only difference from pedal to pedal is a little bit of programming.

I know -- I keep hoping for the "MAX9" or something that has all models in one...

I use blue tack to hold things in place when I need to.  Not sure I've seen anyone recommend it before but it's great since it has low adhesion and molds to whatever you have on your board.
