Can i use J113 or J112 or BF245C for Phase 90/45?
In my Counrty i cant search 2N5457/2n5485/2n5952.

Probably want to stick with 2N5457, 2N5458, 2N5952, They need to be a matched set. You can get matched sets on ebay, Guitar PCB website, Small Bear.
