Smoothie asymmetrical sweep problem

Hi Guys. I built a Smoothie (phase 45) and it works. i matched the 2 2n5457 (around -1,2. extremely close pair),
but the sound i get is asymmetrical. I mean that half of the sweep is like regular, the other is faster:
It speeds up lightly, it peaks, and then back. I don't understand what is happening.
Is it a matter of matching? wrong voltage? All the resistors are fine and the correct values.
The bias does a lot, it goes from Univibe-like to a very light phaser just a bit under half.

Thanks for the help!

I basically solved the problem changing the 2n5457. I chose 2 with a voltage of -1 and everything is rounder. The bias is a bitch though, extremely narrow point to get the right sound.
