Freekout at +/-9v instead of +/-15v. Is that possible?

Hi guys. I have this Freekout (Frequency Analyzer), that i like somehow, but it's a pain in the ass on my pedalboard because of the 18v power supply. Can it be powered with 9v? i mean, 18v headroom instead of 30v, is that i problem? Does the ICL8038 need 15v to work correctly?

It seems the AD633 needs +/- 15v to operate correctly.

Can you put a separate road rage in there and just use a 9v supply? I know there is already a pump (LT1054) to get the 15v, so I dont know if this will work.
I build, and once in a while I might sell, pedals as "Vertigo Effects".

Could you stick a Roadrage(etc) charge pump daughterboard in the box to cheat a 9v source, or would the current draw be too high?

Bugger someone asked the same question an instant before I hit reply. Curse my slow fingers!

Won't work...tried that well before the final design of the project.
