Hi guys!
Have another cool project for you.
The guy over http://cackleberrypines.net/transmogrifox/TransmogriNotes/skwah/index.html
came with this idea and presented all the simulations and results.

If you remember, I built a colorsound wah, but it wasn't that intense as the other circuits that do use an inductor.
So I gave it a try, and now here is the result>

It really sounds better than the colorsound wah. I still need to make a comparison video, but until then, here is a short video of it. I'm still learning how to control a wah, for the second time...

Hope you like it!
I made a small file for it, but it's not as good as the madbean documents.

That's really cool

Pedal building is like the opposite of sex.  All the fun stuff happens before you get in the box.

I had a behringer wah that worked on a system like that. I slaughtered it for the enclosure though.

Love what you did, especially using a 1590A is impressive (i know, that is probably a big enclosure for you ;)) and using its cover as the rocker is a great idea. Also, the graphics on top fit perfectly.

wait, I thought the cathode should go to 9v, so it won't flow to ground and short the circuit.
I checked my eagle file and it seems right

Nice ! I Think Georges Dennis wah were also inductorless (at least the the one that I own is).

Totally love it. Had a small home built wah shell on the to do list forever. Very inspiring.

in 1590A with badass etch like that? awesome!

btw, why i can't download in 4shared? countdown timer not running :(

That is awesome! The etch is sharp and the circuit sounds great - I also love the fact that in the OP you glossed right over it being in a 1590A!!!

I started to use 4shared after the dropbox public folder wasn't working anymore.
Maybe if I share the dropbox link?

you are totally correct and it is also correct in your eagle files. It seems I had a brainfart yesterday, sorry.
