Delivery time, transport costs

Dear Mark, i've just ordered the Frog tube pre amp, order number 554. Only paid for the pedal not for transport.
I'm living in the Netherlands so I assume that I have to pay extra for transport.
Can you tell me what's the following procedure and when I can expect this pedal?
