Fat Pants Jr boost counterclockwise

Hi,
I just built the Fat Pants Jr, Latest edition. When i turn the boost pot fully counter clockwise the pedal is totally silent. Should it be like that or is something wrong?

Looking at the schematic thats how it should be, at full CCW everythings dumped to ground
