Multi Build Noise

I recently finished a multi delay build but am getting some noise with it.  I'm going to give the huminator a try to see if that fixes the issue. I plan to use the layout on this page:  http://tagboardeffects.blogspot.com/p/forum.html

I'm concerned about getting a voltage drop.  This build is very current hungry.  Would it work to use a 9V regultar and a 12V or 18V power supply as a solution to the drop in voltage?
