I don't know of any bi-phase pcbs off the top of my head. I know a fellow made a 1590B sized mu-tron II, and was working on a trick to shove 2 in a box, but dunno how far he got.

Closest I know is the folks behind Dead End FX talked about a board a while back, but its not on their website, so no idea.

I built a prototype before Dino and I started Deadend FX, it worked but there were some niggles I wanted to iron out.  I've started work on a design with board mounted controls but we've been so busy that I've only managed to design the controls board.   Hopefully it won't be too much longer.
