Help identifying a tiny PCB

Any idea what this is? There is no printing on the back.

Indeed I did, thanks. Must be a Tapatalk bug, because I used the "take photo" option, not the "upload from camera roll" option.

Based on the component numbers, it looks like a daughter board for something else. Any chance it could be an LFO?

It's a jFet tester for measuring vgs. Looks like the one that came with the first version of the NomNom.

I think I ordered a NomNom just to get that tester board.  ;D
