Title: Pepper Spray
Post by: madbean on August 19, 2011, 04:04:24 PM
Here's the new Pepper Spray build. This one was done to stock values and sounds pretty much totally insane. It is a really unique sounding fuzz...super compressed. With the switch you can open it up though and remove some compression.

Love the graceful wiring, it kind of flows.  Pleasing to the eye.
Awesome finish, too.  Penny copper vein?

I really dig mine too. Great looking build. Very streamlined.

Did you end up using Bat 41's for D4 and D5?

Nice!! I still have an etched version that I put away for a rainy day. The fabbed version looks really good though..

is the main difference that it's a fabbed board? or are their other changes? I really liked the older version a lot.

No real difference circuit-wise. I could still make room for some axial caps on this one...I'll have to check on my space.
