I love the new fabbed board layout for this pedal. It is alot shorter vertically than the previous layout and leaves tons of room for the toggle switch and jacks. I used a 125b but i'm sure you could fit it in a 1590b with a battery no problem. I used NOS fairchild 2n3565 from smallbear, I recommend testing them or socketing because I did get one bad one so far. Check the pinout too the flat side is the emitter.
I got my 1n34a diodes from ebay.

the decals are waterslide decals and I used a font called impact label to make it look like the old style labels.

You really had me fooled there: I thought those were the actually grocery store type labels!

The 2n3565 are definitely my new favorite transistor. They look cool and sound outstanding. If only I could get a 100 of them cheaply!

Cool, I like the look with the black labels and white case!  Nice to see one of the fabbed boards in the build report area too.
