He should just lend it out for recordings if he wants people to use it.  Otherwise I doubt anyone that buys it is going to really use it.

Great guitars out of Philadelphia!  They just came out with a USA galaxy model which I checked out at NAMM and is pretty sweet.
Another interesting fact is they have a instrument shop that recently sold a klon with a crazy low serial number like #2 or something.

I just ordered a Focusrite Scarlett 18i20 yesterday.  Can't wait to get started with it.

Build Reports / Re: runoffgroove english channel

I've built both and prefer the britannia.  They both sound great, but the english channel was a little noisy in a band setting.  The britannia has rarely been off my pedal board since building it over 2 years ago.

Glad you liked it!

Open Discussion / Martin Dreadnought Documentary
May 26, 2016, 08:45:27 PM
The ad agency I work for put together a documentary on the dreadnought for Martin.  It's not effects related, but I think most guitarists will find it interesting so I thought I'd share it here.  Check it out: https://vimeopro.com/user48581009/the-ballad-of-the-dreadnought

I saw an ad recently with that strat pedal in it.  I forget where or for what it was for, but I recognized it from your pedal.  That's lame.

Build Reports / Doubel Ganger build
August 07, 2014, 02:33:29 AM
Here is my doubel ganger build on lacesensor's board.  Nothing fancy, no graphics and poor drilling, but it works and sounds awesome!  It was actually a pretty easy build.  Kudos to lacesensor for making it happen.
The controls aren't too difficult to remember for now.  I should make some kind of labels eventually though.  I knew I'd screw up the drilling, but I made it work.

Open Discussion / Re: MN3005 vs V3205

I have build two aquaboy deluxes with the cool audio chips and I think they sound great at lower volumes, but I prefer my byoc analog delay in a band setting.  The byoc analog delay I have has different chips.  I'm not sure what they are, but they're not v3205s, maybe b3208s.  That's my main delay now because it's super long and I like the slapback and long sounds.  I also have a yamaha e1010 analog delay with 4 MN3005s.  The delay is much less dirty than my other analog delays and the delay time isn't very long.  I might harvest some MN3005s out of there and try a diy delay with the MN3005s.

I think it is C10 since it is polarized.  If you look at the other 1uf cap positions they're all larger than C10 too.

You could make kits for yourself.  Throw all the parts needed for the build in a bag.  Write the name on it and throw it in the corner.  Then it's ready to go whenever.  If you're missing parts make a list for next time you order.

I'd be in for 1

Some of the voltages seem to be off on IC2, 3 and 3.
Here is a link to my builds with working voltages.

I posted voltages twice.  Look at the second one.  The first are off.

Tech Help - Projects Page / Re: ABDX - no delay

You called it DonDougie!  Apparently the only thing wrong with both of these boards was my backwards audio probing.  I plugged the audio probe in the amp and got a signal at all the right spots.  Thanks so much!
I have one boxed up and it sounds amazing.  Definitely worth the wait.
