My first build is a li'l echo kit from byoc. I was able to do a waterslide decal on it with some paint and clear. I am proud of the final result everything works as is should first try. Next build is going to be a rat clone. On to pics!

Man, that looks great. And your first build is a 1590a, kudos.

Those A enclosures are tight, great for first build!
Excellent tidy squeeze there, you're going down the rabbit hole now.
Point of no return... 8)
Great job.. 1590A for a first build, wow. Adventurous. Can't wait to see more of your builds.
That bat artwork is really cool also.
Thanks for all the kind words guys. It was the first pcb I ever put together. Any previous experience with soldering and wire tucking was on automotive 12v systems. I didn't realize how small the pedal was until it showed up. Definitely past the point of no return in that rabbit hole haha. I already have every pedal and color and decal scheme picked out in my head. This is one of the most rewarding things I have done recently.
Looks great! Awesome first build!
Excellent job.
you'll be addicted to building pedals now.
Congratulations! It looks really good, especially for a first build. Paint and waterslide look immaculate. What kind of paint did you use?
I'll echo what the others said (pun intended). Great build all around and an ambitious one for sure.
Sure, "First build", tehehehe.
Greatly done!
Really cool how you have the decal flowing from the top to the side. Nice job all around.
Fantastic first build! Welcome!! I'm looking forward to seeing the rat build.
1590A as your first build? Impressive. Looking at that, I'd say you have a natural talent for pedal building! Congrats, and be sure to post more of your builds ☺️
1590a for a first build?!? That is insane, I want to pat you on the back and tell you it gets easier from here on out. Easier and more expensive, and before you know you have almost 100 pedals and enjoy the smell of solder. But still hate drilling, no one likes drilling.
Wow thanks again guys. I am a fitter fabricator by trade so drilling holes is an everyday thing haha. I actually want to start building my own enclosures out of stainless or aluminum. I don't know if any of you are familiar with tig welding but I think an enclosure would look good with weld holding it together.
I see I can purchase the slow loris pcb here but looking through different sites for components is overwhelming. I live in the Pacific North West is there any company that is close or are certain companies that are better to buy certain things from? Maybe one that has a full kit for slow loris? Thanks in advance for any advice.
I will definitely be building more pedals and showing them off here especially if I get even half the praise I got the first time.
Paint was actually just some primer and clear over it. I am not to happy about the lines from the transfer paper were I cut it out. Thats the only thing I would change but I learned for next time so...
There is a handful of us in the PNW. I'm near Portland on the WA side of the river. Where are you?
Haha I am in "Hazel Hell" Vancouver Wa.
Ok so I pulled the trigger and ordered all slow loris parts. Now the anticipation and waiting game starts.
The final outcome looks great! I really dig the color scheme and logo. Looking forward to future builds!

Right on. I live in Washougal. About 25 minutes away. PM me if you ever want to hang out and talk about pedals or whatever.

Very nice first build! You should post this on the BYOC forums as well.
