Jubal81 was kind enough to share his BOM's for Mauser, BTW, thanks a million, that makes sourcing parts so much easier!! However, I'm looking for a couple he didn't have listed. Anyone have the BOM's for the following?  :Collosalus, Dead Ringer 2 & PastyFace & Porkbarrel

I'm planning to do one big order shortly for  eight different projects...this sure would save me allot of time!

Thanks in advance!

Those look great, the blue really went well with the logo, it has a "relic" look.

Build Reports / Harbinger One - first build
July 14, 2014, 12:04:41 AM
This was my first non-kit pedal build, the Harbinger one, so be gentle, it was a fun learning experience. As you can see from the picture the artwork didn't turn out too well but I decided to leave it as a reminder what not to do next time. The led above the footswitch is slightly off from the drill "dancing" out of the punch mark. I used a inkjet dark t-shirt transfer...lesson learned, don't overheat, the image shrank and distorted.

On a positive note, when I powered up the board it worked the first time. I'm still thinking of changing one of the resistors to get more effect. I don't have it dialed in yet but it sounds much better than the neovibe I have.

I'm ordering another Harbinger board to build one for a friend of mine. Thanks to everyone for the great tech advise and thank you madbean for an excellant circuit board. The BOM for Mouser that was shared made ordering the parts a breeze. Now if I can just figure out a better way of finishing the enclosures......I see everyone elses amazing builds on this site, I'm sure mine will look better with time.

Thanks for looking.

Yes I realize Jimi has been done and it wasnt the most original thing to do but I couldn't resist.

Introductions / Hello
July 04, 2014, 06:39:31 AM
I decided to jump back into electronics with a couple kit builds, now I'm addicted again. I built my first pedal in 1993, a Craig Anderton tube sound fuzz, then designed a couple overdrive pedals. Of course work and life in General got in the way of my musical ambitions ( I work on stuff to make up for my horrible guitar playing ). Now I have the time once again to build a few gadgets.

Currently I'm finishing my Harbinger One pedal, my first madbean board and the quality is outstanding as is the documentation and great forum members. Hopefully I'll have a build to report in the coming week.

Thanks,

Arthur

General Questions / Harbinger One build question
July 04, 2014, 04:48:53 AM
I used the shopping list to order parts for my Harbinger One. I noticed D4 & D5 are 1n914 but on the shopping list it only lists one of these instead of two. Is that a mistake in the documentation or am I missing something? Is one of those just optional?

Thanks!
