I'll respond to this in this thread, though you've got the same question in two.

To the best of my knowledge, I haven't seen anyone on here put out a 2 in 1 compressor/TS on the same board.  I could be wrong.

You're best bet would be to buy a board of each, and in that regard you have a lot of options.

On the Tubescreamer side

Madbean - Green Bean
Rullywowr - 8Oh8
JMK PCBS - Steaming Kettle (it's built as a hotter overdrive, but you could build it back to a stock 808)
Aion - Stratus
General Guitar Gadgets - Tubescreamer
TH Customs - Tube screamer mini (save you some space in a two in one)
Pedalparts.co.uk - Tubescreamer, little screamer, son of screamer

There's more that, but it's a good start

Compressor side
pickdropper - four knob comp, it's the Keeley circuit, which is based on the Ross circuit, which is marginally different than the Dyna circuit and can be built the same.
jmkpcbs - Engineers Thumb, a variant of the Dyna/Ross model with lower noise
General Guitar Gadgets - Dynacomp
Pedalparts.co.uk - Skwisher

Any combination of those two boards should fit into a 1590BB in a landscape layout without much problem.

You could also go the vero route as Jimilee suggested, but doing a two in one on vero is less fun than it sounds.
The only known cure in the world for GAS is death.  That's my story, and I'm sticking to it.
