I just added a 3dpt switch and reboxed a Tube screamer TS-9 for a friend... came out nice.... 1 problem... I hook the pedal up alone and no problem works well. I hook it up on the board with other pedals and it doesn't work? Any ideas where I may have went wrong - Thanks

Did the power source change when you put it on the board?

Have you tried taking it off the board again and confirming that it still works by itself?  You may have a intermittent short or a bad joint on the switch and the pedalboard may be a red herring.  If it works fine off the board again, put it back on the board, take off the back and start tracing voltages and (while the pedal is powered down) continuity.

And what exactly doesn't work?  Does the LED light up?  Do you get a signal in bypass mode?  Do you get a dry signal in effect mode?  Pictures always help.
