I'm a few months in, no responses to anything.  I think PayPal has a six month window for refunds, but I would much rather get a box of parts if it will show up eventually.

If you've been waiting months, I would not wait any longer. Start a claim through PP and get your money back.

Thanks - that's what I'll do.  I had an order probably 6 or 7 years ago, same thing happened.  Figured I'd give it another shot, thinking maybe it would be different.  It's a shame - he has a lot of cool stuff.
