The communication with them has been my biggest gripe since the transition to be honest. I had a wrong part once and they got back to me in under 3 minutes to fix it, and I commended them on their quick responsiveness, but since then every email I've sent has been a huge bummer— multiple no-responses, a few that took almost a week to hear back on, three separate (new production) products I inquired about where they told me something along the lines of "we're getting more this week" which two weeks later becomes "a few weeks at most" and so on, when it's now been over a year without any of them being restocked. If you don't even have any on order, don't give me a lead time, and if you're not actually planning on ever restocking them, just say so.
