Title: newbie
Post by: foochild on February 24, 2015, 04:21:56 PM
Hello, I'm new to the site. Right now I'm trying to build a Grind Customs Chimaera and I am having trouble finding good instructions on the wiring.  Any comments would help.

Thanks

Welcome!   Here is the madbean standard wiring diagram that most people around here use for their wiring.  It will work fine for the Chimera or any other +9V effect pedal using true bypass.  If you do not want a battery, just ignore that part of the wiring diagram.  Not using a battery would also mean that you could use a mono jack instead of a stereo jack if you want (a stereo jack will still work but is not necessary).

Hello,

Rej happens to have his very own area for Grind Customs products here on MBP. Take a look here and try posting a new thread and I am sure he will help you out.

The chimaera is a little different if you don't wire it true bypass though. :-)
