Title: Where would I find early version Fatpants booster Build Doc?

Howdy, I found an old etched board of early version Fatpants booster (just one vol pot), any idea where I would find build doc please?

I just did a pcb layout for this, I personally think it sounds better if you make C2 100n and C1 470pf. Those were Brian's suggestions and for me I preferred it better than the stock values. A little fatter, a little less bright.
