Hi all

I've finnished moodring and zero point mini builds. Both work but both have a noise issue.
As you turn up feedback/mix/time pots on the zero point - repeats get progresively dirtier/noisier - after about 12 o'clock on the three pots the noise is already very noticable and anoying.. I suppose this is not normal operation?

Moodring works better and sounds nice, but there is noise when you open the ring knob all the way up.. Also dwell knob doesnt seem to do anything - at least I'm not able to tell any difference when you turn the knob - except there is strong self oscillation when dwell is all the way up..

I've described the problems before here: http://www.madbeanpedals.com/forum/index.php?topic=19598.0 and here: http://www.madbeanpedals.com/forum/index.php?topic=19646.0

got some fresh PT2399's but that didnt help at all :(

any other ideas?
thanks!

Did you ever resolve the noise?

I'm having the exact same issue, aalso just received 10 new PT2399s from a different source. All sound the same.

Same noise issues in the Dirtbaby too.
