mmm subivisions.  It says 6 BBD chips for 900ms delay, so that would be Mn3007s?

ya, there is no way they can get their hands on enough mn3007's to make a general production pedal like that.

But the 3 second part must be digital, no? Is this a hybrid D/A pedal?

900ms by the control knob, 3s by tap tempo (digital control)

Really good pedal by the way but for the money I reckon in hindsight I shoulda taken the DMMTT550/1100
