Wiring multiple PCBs together is pretty straight-forward, assuming you will have bypass switching for each effect. It's simply a matter out routing your ins from the previous effect and your outs to the next effect. One thing to consider is how many effects you should put in one box and what kind of current requirements are in play. If you have a bunch of overdrives, you can get away with using a singular 9v supply for all. But, if you start adding in effects that draw more current, such as delay or modulation, you may have to use multiple 9v supplies, or do some kind of on board power supply.
