Am I doing something wrong? Hers are the voltages I measured.

IC3 TC1044
1) 8.58v
2) 5.12v
3) 0
4) -3.3v
5) -8.24v
6) 3.71v
7) 5.26v
8) 8.57v

IC2 TL072
1) 41.7mV
2) 2mV
3) 0
4) -8.29v
5) 0
6) 3.9mV
7) -33.8mV
8) 8.63v

IC1TL072
1) 4.7mV
2) 4.7mV
3) 0
4) -8.3v
5) 0
6) 2.8mV
7) 12.7mV
8) 8.63v

The way I tested it was I had an extra enclosure that I installed input, output and 9v connectors. I connected the input of the Kingslayer to the input tip connector and output of the Kingslayer to the output time connector. I ran leads from the 9v jack to the power  points of the Kingslayer. What puzzles me is  on IC3 pin 4 I'm getting -3.3V and the notes say I should have +3.34V. IC2 pin 1 I measured 41.7mV and notes say I should have -12.7mV. I have various pins where it says negative voltage and I have positive. and IC2 has some values pretty off. I connected a guitar up and it seems to be functioning except for buzz at high gain values. I assume this is beach of the open enclosure. Where should I begin?

I may have incorrectly flipped that 3.3v to positive on my list - I'll have to check. All your other voltages are probably fine. Anything in the low mV area can be considered 0v so don;t worry too much about that. Is there some problem in your build to cause you to take voltage readings?

Ahh ok!. No I just thought I would go through the build and check everything out before I box it up.
I thought for instance IC1 Pin 7 I'm measuring 12.7mV and you specified 1.3mV or IC2 pin 1 I measured 41.7mV and you specified -12.7mV that might be too far to of tolerance.
