I do, but the major limiting factor is often the paint itself. Thinner paint usually makes thicker lines because it flattens out when it's applies (gravity hates us), but thicker paint is harder to get off the brush no matter how small it is. Sometimes I have to use a slightly larger brush to get a thinner line with some paints.

I think learning how to do super fine lines is the biggest hurdle I got over painting wise in the last seven months (since my parents got me a set of nice brushes last Christmas).
