Just looking around, the LM13700 IC has gotten just amazingly expensive. Tayda has it for 3.99 But digikey has surface mount for a Buck and change....Might be time to go that route.

If you got a Blue Morning PCB from me, I updated the build doc. You may need to download it again. I just realized the SPDT need to be PCB mount (pins) instead of lug the lug mount.

This is, you guessed it YAYS. What's different is it's set up like a KoT pedal,m.  It has switches to add diodes that clip vb instead of ground.

This one is an Ion OD3. It was the first overdrives I bought and sold some 15+ years ago, so I thought, for nostalgic reasons, I would build one.







Red Llama 25th anniversary edition. Sounds great, very distorty. I put power on the side and the top so it can go into a 125b or a 1590b. I'm really digging these softie switching boards too.

Got the Archibald Tube Driver running, sounds fantastic. The art? That was just something that came to mind right before I was just gonna use a marker and label it myself. I think it turned out well.







The Cranker with a softie.. This is an EQD Special Cranker. It sounds alright I suppose, I don't know what the original sounded like. It was traced by Robert over at Pedalpcb. I was curious about it when it was first introduced, so I made some boards to satisfy my curiosity.  The softie is awesome!

So, the hi-pot cuts the volume when I turn it up. Is anyone else experiencing this, or should I dig deeper?

So this is an EQD Monarch with a few Chuck D Bones mods to make it behave better. The art on the outside just didn't turn out well at all. It went south when I clear coated it. It really sounds crunchy though, I like it a lot.

Sorry it's so long, I got no one else to tell.

Their customer service is still shit, but the service is fantastic. No communication beyond me calling and being told two weeks, like every time. Finally, I got someone honest who told me typical wait time is 6 to 8 weeks. I could live with that, I just wanted a realistic time line.

So, you'll remember I got a Les Paul Studio dark from GC. When I bought it,I talked to a sales person from their call center, (I guess?). I asked for 15% off, and he gave it to me. When the guitar came, the neck binding had horrific tooling marks, I mean bad. I called him up to discuss it. I asked for another 15% off, and he gave it to me. I didn't want to roll the dice on another one.

So, now I got a new Les Paul for 30% off, but it still had chewed up binding. After trying to decide who I wanted to take it to, I decided I'd rather have Gibson fix it. I emailed customer service with the photos, they mentioned it may be under warranty. Bonus! So I emailed that department who promptly sent out a shipping label so I could send it in. 6 weeks later, I got a fantastic Les Paul with rolled edges and a professional set up, all for a killer price. I couldn't be happier.

If you made it this far, it's a Studio Dark limited edition.

My lack of creative names decided this will be the Deuce Drive. It's an OS2 overdrive distortion.thing.  I think it sounds great. I don't think the graphics turned out fabulous, I sanded it down and did it again. I wasn't going to do a third time.

What a great delay. The very line drop isn't noticeable until you go past 50% on the mix pot. I'm digging it.
