Wavelord problems - help required diagnosing hum issue

It's been a while since I've done any work on it, but I had a half-finished Wavelord sitting around.
After having to re-solder nearly every cable, when testing it was making a loud hum.
The only time it wouldn't was when there's no power and the switch is in bypass. When power is supplied, even the bypass has the hum.

Here's pictures of the (shoddy) job I've done so far, all the solders look ok I think, and there's no shorts or touching wires from what I can tell - I've run a knife between ones that are close to make sure.

Has anyone else had a similar problem, or could help with diagnosing the issue?? I'm desperate to get this one finished after so long!
