I am trying to debug my Rustbucket and am not having much luck. The bypass seems to work fine, as does the blend. No effect seems to be coming through though. Below are my voltages and pics. Any help would be appreciated.

You need to re-flow that board first, I can see several cold joints.

The above picture shows a missing a transistor, is it still missing.

Obviously Jimi's point is very important (nice catch!) but if it is installed, did your voltages change with the re-flow?
