Just take the sequencer/pulse generator section from the Dig Dug project up to the LED of the Vactrol, then take the resistor part of the Vactrol and put it in an optical trem circuit and that should work.

TBH The jpeg file I have of this isn't that great either. You can still pull part values off of it though. If you want it PM me your email address and I will email you the source file. Note that this is untested and unconfirmed but in theory it should work just fine. Also if you must have a better image of this, the schematic is really just the dig dug schematic with the filter section removed juxtaposed with a stripped down tremulus lune with no oscillator section.
