Title: Tremolo in Surf Blue. Apropos?
Post by: jkokura on February 14, 2011, 03:43:21 AM
So I must admit, this isn't a Madbean project. I had this ordered before the Double Flush came out. I may build that at sometime in the future, but I have too many trems right now...

Anyway! This is a much improved EA Tremolo! There are two LED's, one for indicating the speed of the tremolo, the other indicating bypass. It's a pretty basic circuit, been available forever, and it sounds SO good. I have a 70's Silverface Vibro Champ, and I like this trem as much as the trem in my amp. At least on first blush.

And the Guts.

Enjoy? I do.

Awesome Jacob, I love how you always manage to fit the sockets in the top end... nice :)

I have yet to build an EA trem. My first trem project was the Tremulus Lune, which seems to do everything, except it's in a bigger enclosure.

Anyway, looks great!
