Title: AB 2012 Mod Board Hookup.
Post by: wolfingsworth on September 10, 2013, 06:05:54 AM
I have seen a few people use this add on for some pt2399 delays. I tried connecting it to a Cave Dweller with no luck. Should it be as easy as connecting the D pad to lug 1 of the Delay pot or am I missing something? Ultimately I would like to add it to the Zero Point DD. Any thoughts?

So what's an AB 2012 Mod Board ?

Edit:
OK, took me some time. AB = Aquaboy.
That modulation board provides a voltage divider, but for the PT2399 you need a current source.
Just have a look at the ZeroPointSDX and see how to modify your mod board to attach it to the delay pot.
(You can ignore these BC550s for your single PT2399 designs.)
Or look at the ZeroPointMicro. It's the same idea just with fixed values instead of pots.

So, did you get it to work?
