Title: Sharkfin
Post by: twin1965 on September 20, 2013, 07:56:09 PM
Had a bit of an accident with the decal on this one! I used a decal from a different supplier and it was crap  :(

The laser printer doesn't seem to like the colour red either!

Built this one without really knowing much about this effect! Been wanting to build something a little bit unusual and this certainly is.

The calibration process for the sample and hold is more or less done by ear. You can get several different sounds depending on how you set the trimmers. You can even get it to sound like a drum machine!

Still fiddling with it and I'm sure I'll find a musical use for the sample and hold.

Doesn't look like an accident to me.  In fact, it looks pretty nice.  I am intrigued by this pedal, it will be part of my next MB order.

Nice to see another Sharkfin...looks great, I see your presets are set similar to mine and you get the drum beats.  8) The decal is fine I don't see anything wrong with it.
Nice work
Mike

Those positions seem to give the best effect. I have never heard a real one so I could be wrong!  Difficult to tell from YouTube videos.
