Hi all, I am having an issue with my harbinger, it is working with the exception that if I move the speed pot below 1/3, the lfo apparently shuts down, any ideas? Thanks jeff

found it, a bad cap at c23,24 or 25 (I pulled all three to test) two read .98uf and the third read 3.1uf. giving an update hope it will help someone later
