something something west germany?
found them in a non-working fuzz pedal that someone rescued from garbage. look cool in gold, so I'm interested, gold is always good for tone
Never seen some of those before...but i would presume that they are 10uf/63V....
They look like Vitamin Q's
they aren't vitamin Qs, theyre polarized. electrolytics?
if they are old they could be leaky and that maybe why the fuzz didn't work. could even be tants.
What's more mojo than Germanium capacitors
my thoughts exactly derevaun :P
well, looks like they are some sort of electros alright, though I kinda wanted em to be some strange PIO or something, cause some of them have a fat black band that denotes polarity and some, very rarely though, have a plus sign.
will try the 10uF in a wah tonight that I am making and tell you if they work, thanks
ERO Electrolytics, I have a bunch! Nice little caps, I got 10uf, 22uf, and 47 uf's from a seller in Germany on ebay a few years back.
Thanks man! That's great :)
