Hi guys, I'm building the snarkdoodle and made a mistake ordering my caps and ordered box caps for the 33n and 100n cap on this circuit....will these work instead of the radial/axial it calls for?.....I do have a 22n axial....could I use this in place of the 33 and box cap the 100n? Or is there something else I could sub for it?
They'll work just fine, the board is laid out in a way that lets you choose between box or axial caps. The radial caps look really cool and 'mojo', but in function they are the same. From the values you posted, I figure you're building a hybrid Red Llama/Tube sound?
