The riff that comes in at 4:00
Is it an envelope filter of some kind? Just wondering whether the Nautilus could achieve something similar? Obviously there's some overdrive on there too but it's the sort 'waow waow' sound I'm interested in if that makes any sense at all?! :)
Cheers!
Graham
Maybe an Electro harmonic POG/micro POG?

Yeah I can hear an octave on there but it's the sort of wah like sound I'm after, unless it's just a wah of course?! :)
You've probably seen this site:http://www.uberproaudio.com/who-plays-what/217-queens-of-the-stone-age-josh-homme-guitar-gear-rig-and-equipment (http://www.uberproaudio.com/who-plays-what/217-queens-of-the-stone-age-josh-homme-guitar-gear-rig-and-equipment)
It does give a couple options/combinations that could cause an effect like that, but I'm guessing it's a Lovetone Meatball, which is listed as a pedal they use.

Thanks for the reply man, yeah I have seen that site, so I could probably build a Meatsphere to achieve a similar effect then? I've been waiting for an excuse to build one, that'll do nicely! :)
