Title: Noisy cricket wiring
Post by: Jmilla on December 27, 2013, 03:19:54 AM
Hey all, I am going to be putting together a noisy cricket practice amp and was wondering how you would wire one of these up? Specifically without the stomp switch since it's an amp. Thanks everyone for your help.

Board in and outs got to the in and out  jacks, dc hot wire goes to board +9v board ground goes to dc jack ground  and input jack sleeve.

Input jack goes directly to the circuit, no switch in between, output of the circuit goes directly to the output jack (observing wiring in the diagram. Some amps do not ground the sleeve of the output jack, some do.)

I am using the tagboard effects vero layout. I'm still a little confused on how the wiring should be and can't find a diagram anywhere sorry for asking again but could someone explain this again I kind of get what these guys are saying but still don't get it completely.
