Been a while since my last build report!
Here be a Silicon (BC108) Fuzz Face build.
I'm happy with the way this one came out, and also the look of it.
Pretty much stock silicon FF except for a 47pf cap across the feedback resistor (a trick used in some of the new Dunlop stuff).
Used some old rubber tread from a scrap+crap old pedal I have.
The powder coated enclosure is one of Ben Coles (his boxes are soooo nice!).

very cool! I like the use of the grip tread, nice touch.

Speechless, that what I am! Wow
Very very cool. From the face plate to the rubber, looks awesome.
Great build. Everything's working on this one.
love the texture of the rubber tread on there. nice looking pedal!
Thanks for the comments guys!
Still experimenting on transistor selection.
It's quite amazing what a difference Transistor selection makes on a Fuzz Face (and fuzzes in general I guess).
Looks really good! may I ask where you source these knobs?
Cheers!
Radio Spares (RS) in the UK is the place for the Knobs. Only place I've found that sells em'
Just search for skirted knobs on their site and they should come up.
This looks awesome, love the style man!
Looks really great! 8)
Great look/style, from the enclosure to knobs to tread to faceplate to internals.. nicely done!

Word!
I am always swapping out SI resistors to get that perfect sound on those kind of fuzzes... I am really liking BC183 s
Awesome! Looks great!
