Post by: garfo on April 02, 2014, 07:00:16 PM
So, my madbeanpedals nautilus was behaving weirdly and out of frustration i broke the switch.is it possible to use a different type of switch, perhaps a toggle?

Yes, you can use a DPDT On/On/On toggle. This is how you would hook it up: hook the three inputs to the lugs shown below, put a wire from lug 2 on the B column to lug 3 on the A column and wire the output from lug 2 on the A column.

I'm not sure I follow like this.Is it the same way as IvIark used on the Suhr Riot on the tagboardeffects blog?
I have wired it as shown there and only two of the filters are working.
Left and center position might be lowpass or /bandpass(can't compare); Right side is either high pass or band pass. What am I doing wrong?

Hehe, thanks a lot.It is a great alternative to those faulty switches.Smaller, stiffer and more reliable.
